Our first extension for the excellent open source Firefox web browser brings the convenience of our O2 Web Texter right into your browser interface. To install from within Firefox you may either left-click the 'download' link below and add our site to the list of sites you approve extension installations from or alternatively, right-click the download link and save the installation file to your desktop from where you may then drag it into Firefox to initiate installation. |

O2 Web Texter V2.0 |
An update to our popular program which enables you to bypass the inconvenience of having to login to the O2 site and navigate to the web text page to send free SMS messages. Features new to this release: - The ability to update your login information.
- Much improved error catching and more informative error messages when things do go wrong.
- No more scolling required in the message sending form.
Though not strictly required, we do recommend that you uninstall any previous version of the program you have installed before you install this new version. O2 Web Texter |
| If you are an Irish O2 customer and you have registered on their website you are entitled to send 250 free text messages from their website per month. However, sending a text this way is a time consuming process as it involves logging in and then navigating to the 'web text' page. This simple little program takes your login info and stores it allowing for the automation of this login and navigation process enabling you to get on with your texting without delay. The program comes complete with it's own installer/uninstaller and will work with even basic privelleges on any pc with an internet connection - handy for those in the office.. My IP Address(s) Finder Script |
